Thanks Stewart for the rapid service, as usual.
4 years on from our installation & loving the security of great water quality. Servicing the unit is fast & easy.
Exceptional service. I accidentally broke the quartz sleeve to our filtration system while changing the UV lamp leaving us waterless until a replacent sleeve could come. I emailed UV Water Systems with an urgent request for help. Stewart responded by phone within minutes and organised and urgent courier for the replacement part. He also talked me through how to make a quick bypass of the UV lamp cylinder which I was able to do despite my lack of plumbing skills which meant the water to the house was up and running again until the new sleeve arrives thankfully. I have had my home UV Water System for nearly 10 years without having any trouble. Highly recommend this company and back up service.
Highly recommend!

I bought a filter UV service kit. Quick and easy. Chatting to Stewart, I learn’t that he actually makes these UV water systems and he’s been doing it for the past 15 years! I’ve owned the WRS 3 filter system for the past 5 years, it’s been a fantastic, reliable unit.
Come direct, Stewart will look after you! Friendly reliable service!

Very fast friendly service and good advice on how to service and maintain my filtration system. Thanks
I have been dealing with UV Watersystems (Stewart) for last 5 years since moving into house with "rain" water. I have installed their WSR3P system that works great and I always get great service on my annual replacement filters, seals and UV lamp...
Outstanding service from UV Water Systems. When I called Stewart, he took the time to explain everything and helped me make right choice based on my needs and where I lived. We love the whole house water system and under bench system! The plumber was very impressed by the house system, he was impressed with the quality, the system as a whole and the service from Stewart when he called to confirm any installation requirements. Highly recommend UV Water Systems Ltd.
