I have called 7 times now throughout the day trying to get an appointment rescheduled and they won't answer their phones. Quite annoying.

I would not recommend this office. Four days before a procedure that I've been waiting for, I received a call telling me it was being rescheduled for over a month later. I expressed that I felt it was unprofessional to cancel and reschedule with such little notice, especially for a procedure that was medically necessary and had already required a long wait.
Instead of trying to address my concerns or show any understanding, I was told I was no longer allowed to be seen there simply because I voiced my frustration. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they're already dealing with health issues and waiting for important medical care.
The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and the way I was treated by the staff was incredibly disappointing. If you're looking for a practice that values patient concerns and communicates respectfully, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I need to express my frustration regarding the lack of service my wife recently received from your office staff.
She called your office three times to request a required referral for a “test kit”. During each call, she was assured that she would receive a callback, yet no one ever followed up. It was only on her 4th call (today) that the same person who answered a previous call finally provided her with the requested information. It appears this information was available all along, and the lengthy delay was quite unnecessary.
I hope you will address this matter with your team to ensure more competent and reliable communication for your patients in the future.
Sincerely,
William

I was transfered from Evanston Hospital to Saint Mark's Hospital due to the inability to perform the recommended procedure needed. I needed to have an ERCP. When at Saint Mark's Dr. Kwak was the Gastroenterologist on duty. This was not my first encounter with Dr. Kwak as he miss diagnosed my initial health issues. Well needless to say Dr Kwak thought he knew better than the Evanston Dr's and stated that I only needed an Endoscopy for H Pylori! My pain and symptoms continued to get worse. I Insisted on being transfered to the U of U to be treated. Upon my arrival I had an MRI which showed I needed to have an ERCP! I had a blocked biliary tree that needed to be opened which released the Colongitis which had built up as well as bile build up. They had to put in stents to ensure that things didn't get backed up again. This stress and pain also lead to having Pancreatitis which I now have to deal with. All because Dr Kwak thought he knew better. His answer for situations he is clearly not capable of doing is THAT'S FAIR! I would not recommend anyone to go to Dr Kwak he is definitely not qualified to be a Gastroenterologist!!!
Clinic is spotless; administrative staff are helpful and friendly; MA (Esperanza) is knowledgeable, efficient, and kind; and Dr. Fenton is the single best GI practitioner I have had in 30 years of dealing with Crohn’s disease. This little Draper office is a nice, quiet alternative to the main Old Mill location.
