Happy with the ordering process. People were knowledgeable and friendly. The problem was with the gun I received. It didn't have the slug barrel in it. I found out 3 months later while speaking with tech support that the barrel was backordered. I just got it yesterday and now will start over tuning again 🙌
I purchased a V Microstike from Utah. I am a beginner hobbyist and had some trouble with setup. I called them and with a very short wait they picked up the phone and personally patiently talked me through it. I am impressed with that level of service these days. They were very helpful and immediately resolved my questions. The product purchase was a solid product. It was a good buying experience👍😃
Just bought my first air gun from utah air gun. I have never had such a great experience. The staff is so helpful and kind. Justin is by far the best in the business. He just wants everyone to be happy and enjoy the sport. I took my kids in to the store expecting them to be miserable and just wanting to leave as usual. To my surprise in a world full of greed and all about the bottom dollar was a place putting on a kids day that was completely free. The kids had the opportunity to shoot some guns and fall in love with the sport. They did not want to leave and are begging to go back. My 10 year old came home looking for jobs to do so she could make money to buy her own gun.

I was disappointed with a PCP i had purchased (from another air gun source) that left me very disappointed with its accuracy and was looking for another .25 carbine. The Air Venturi Microstrike came up and the specs looked very promising. It was on backorder but I placed my order and waited. Only a few days ago Utah Air notified me it was shipped and it's here. This is totally not the usual case for things mailed to Hawaii. Utah Air came through quickly and the gun was really packed well too.
These guys are awesome. Im a newbie to air rifles and quickly ruined a brand new FX air gun doing things i shouldn't have during the tuning process. I spoke with a knowledgable team member that verified what i had done was wrong and that likely the rifle needed repairs. just over the phone we were expecting to pay $150-200 for repairs depending on what I ruined during the process. Which i had no problem paying, because it clearly tells you not to do these things during the tuning process or you VOID THE WARRANTY. So it pays to read the manual entirely. I did exactly what your'e not supposed to and admitted fault right off the bat. I received the rifle from them a few weeks ago now. It's repaired, tuned for my choice of ammo and shoots lights out. My father and i enjoyed evaporating apples and oranges @ 100yds before going after the varmints. This is the most important part. They didn't charge me a dime. The paperwork says warranty repair. $0.00. They went above and beyond for a guy that should have read the instructions entirely but didn't. They didn't have to do that for me.... But they did. Now they have me as a customer for the long run. Thanks for your support Utah Airguns. cant wait to do more business with you guys.
