If I could rate Curt Lockhart more than 5 stars I would! He has a unique talent for navigating problematic trademark issues and is insanely proficient in problem solving strategy and thinking out of the box. I suspect this is because he truly loves what he does. I would 1,000% recommend. He always responds very quickly, is very generous and considerate with his time and he really hears what your concerns are. He is not your 'typical attorney' but one that should set the bar for others. Initially I was looking for someone I could talk to in person but after speaking with him I could tell he was going to be the one to help me. If you're on the fence about working with him remotely, don't be. The man is top tier for IP attorneys.
