Spent one week in LA and Las Vegas. 90% of the time no coverage no data rate this is absolutely useless
Was advised once I got home that I should’ve contacted the helpline makes it hard when we have no telephone or data to find their contact details.

I would assume you had Wi-Fi at your hotel or Airbnb, or at the airport, or any public hotspot, and you could have messaged us right away. Most issues can be fixed quickly, often with something as simple as a phone restart.
Unfortunately, because you waited until after returning home to contact us, it’s now impossible to know what the original problem was. Our team was available and ready to help at the time.

This is the 3rd time I've bought US sim cards from USA PAYGSC, and they worked flawlessly yet again. I travel to florida quite often, and to be able to have uninterrupted 4g lte data, is invaluable. I've never had a single issue with their t-mobile sims, and I'll be purchasing more for our May and September trips this year. Thank you.

We bought the sim card but when our flight was cancelled due to the global IT outage, they refused to refund. So when the flight was rescheduled I didn't bother using them again. I would expect any reasonable company to offer refunds for unused products in certain circumstances.

On 19 July you requested that the eSIM be activated on 20 July.

On 21 July you requested a refund.
The reason we couldn't refund you was the eSIM had been activated. If it hadn't been activated then we most certainly would have been able to provide a refund or you could have changed the activation date. For example, we've had customers in the past need to cancel their trips for various reasons, and we've been able to provide a refund.
