The SIM card worked extremely well during our trip across the USA exploring Route 66. I was able to use the data for navigation that I then linked to the rental car. I also made some calls whilst on the journey which also went very well as the signal was good and the calls very clear. My friends, who were travelling in a separate vehicle purchased an Esim, which unfortunately didn’t seem to work as well as my USA SIM card. I would certainly recommend using a physical pay as you go SIM card when visiting America.

The problem with many eSIMs is they piggyback off inferior networks with poor coverage. In contrast, our eSIM (and physical SIM) is direct with T-Mobile itself (not via a third party.).

Never any issues Been using these guys for a few year's now and it does what it says in the tin. All works without any issues and is easy to set up. Back out again is September and will use them again, would highly recommend.

Fourth time of using and, as with previous trips - absolutely delighted. Simplicity itself to install - simply scan the QR code, select voice and data and about one minute later all done. Be aware that it does not connect to a UK network but as soon as you land in the States, it connects without a hitch. So satisfied that I have just ordered another for the next trip.

Spent one week in LA and Las Vegas. 90% of the time no coverage no data rate this is absolutely useless Was advised once I got home that I should’ve contacted the helpline makes it hard when we have no telephone or data to find their contact details. Do not recommend

Our WhatsApp Support is advertised on our website and in the order confirmation email. It’s available 24/7.

I would assume you had Wi-Fi at your hotel or Airbnb, or at the airport, or any public hotspot, and you could have messaged us right away. Most issues can be fixed quickly, often with something as simple as a phone restart.

Unfortunately, because you waited until after returning home to contact us, it’s now impossible to know what the original problem was. Our team was available and ready to help at the time.
