A small, simple bathroom plumbing repair turned into something that was much larger than a DIY I could handle. USA Plumbing was quick to respond, and when it turned out that a city waterline valve needed to be fixed before they could complete the repair, they came out first thing the next morning to complete the repair. Marie was awesome!

It’s unfortunate having to call a plumber for service, but if you do I highly recommend giving USA a call.
Hubs and I have both been hobbled this summer due injury. We needed someone to take care of a couple of rather dinky plumbing issues that had we not been injured, we’d have DIYd. A neighbor mentioned that she used USA for things around her house and gave us their number. They were so wonderful. Came over, gave us an estimate and told us what parts we needed to buy that they wouldn’t normally have on their trucks.
Once we had the shopping done, they were very flexible scheduling around all our doctors and PT visits, came back and fixed us right up. Honestly, I felt rather foolish bothering them, but it was right to have someone do it for us under the circumstances and I’m grateful they were so nice about it. I will definitely call them should I need something plumbing work done in the future.
I will add that on my second call, I misdialed and oddly connected to another plumbing company who confirmed TWICE that they were USA. When they hadn’t heard of our community association through whom I received the referral (I had learned multiple neighbors use them), I realized my error and hung up.
And lastly, I don’t whine about what other professionals charge. They know their work better than I do. When I need help, I know I need to pay for it and I gladly will.

I’ve used USA Plumbing three times over the past few years for big jobs and small. From fixing leaks and replacing toilets to replumbing my laundry room and repiping my kitchen sink drain. Their work is impeccable and their price is fair. I highly recommend.

The work was done quickly . Price for service was about the same as others. However, they did throw in a senior discount which I appreciated. Plumber was friendly and knew his trade. Wish I had replaced the tank parts on all my other toilets at the same time because now they need replacing. Will call USA Plumbing again.

Adam Atkinson came out today. Very clear, attentive, getting to the possible issue. Loved that I asked questions “ loves it so he understands what the person understands so far” I actually feel really good. At ease. I haven’t felt that with companies in a very long time. Wish I known bout them sooner
