I really liked the PA I visited. But I'm leaving this review because the patient portal, FollowMyHealth, is absolutely unusable. I also had a bizarre experience trying to return a call. After receiving a voicemail, I called back and they had no idea how to tell me why they called, and told me they would have to call me back, which turned into unnecessary back and forth. They also messed up a culture sample and wanted me to come back to provide a new sample but couldn't tell me if I would be billed for another appointment, despite their error. This all feels like really poor office management, but is no fault of the providers or the facility, which was very modern and clean.
I’ve been going to see the folks on the research side for bladder cancer treatment for about a year. They (doctors and nurses)have always been helpful, pleasant and caring…in a very uncomfortable (for me) environment. They are always cheerful and professional which has made this dreadful experience tolerable. I am very thankful for the team at UA
