I don’t have any major complaints about the procedure overall. However, I did feel that the doctor may have been rushing and seemed a bit annoyed when I expressed that I was in pain—this is just my personal impression, and I understand I could be mistaken.
I do want to specifically mention Alyssa. She was amazing—very professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience.

Kristie Kokeny, PA-C is the best in the business. She has an important responsibility within Urology Associates. Her understanding of urologic anatomy and expertise in drugs for cancer treatment is exceptional. She is also very compassionate and patient focused.

I’m new to the area and the problem I was experiencing was new to me as well. Research led me to UA and I’m very happy it did. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and took their time helping to find a resolution for me. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who might need their expertise.
