holding overnight
Swing trading EUR pairs and holding overnight has never been an issue here which is more than I can say for two other firms I tried before. Scaling plan kicked in after my third consecutive profitable month. Customer service response time could be faster on weekends.

consistency rule caught me
It's decent overall but the consistency rule caught me off guard during my evaluation. Nobody really explains it well upfront and I had to dig through the FAQ to understand why one big winning day almost disqualified me. Support cleared it up eventually though.

Just consistent delivery
What I respect most about this firm is that it has never needed to oversell itself to keep me here. No promotional emails about how great the experience is, no incentives to stay, no reminders of what I would be giving up by leaving. Just consistent delivery of exactly what was promised on day one repeated across every cycle until the idea of leaving became something that required a compelling reason rather than just a slightly better offer. No compelling reason has materialized and the delivery has never stopped.

Accurate description
I want to be useful to traders who are considering joining so here is the most accurate description of my experience I can offer. The evaluation is excellent and genuinely worth the fee regardless of the outcome. The funded conditions are fair and the payouts are real. The support is inconsistent and slower than it should be for a firm handling funded accounts. The platform has not visibly improved since I joined. If the first two things matter most to you this firm will satisfy you. If the second two things matter equally you will find yourself in the same three star territory I currently occupy.

The spreads have been consistent
Nine cycles completed and the thing that stands out most when I look back across all of them is how little variation there has been in the things that matter most. The spreads have been consistent the rules have been consistent, the payout speed has been consistent, and the overall standard of the operation has been consistent. The version of this firm that exists in the evaluation phase and the version that exists in the funded phase are noticeably different in terms of the care and attention applied to the trader experience.
