Today I took the Lunch Break class with Andrea. I have wanted to try a yoga class for 2 years since post double knee replacement.i did this class with my daughter. I had the most amazing transcendental, healing experience. Words can’t really describe how much this studio, this class and the instructor Andrea impacted me! I cried like a baby because I proved my to myself that I am strong and brave! And I have felt great all day after the class. Go check this studio out! It’s amazing!

Yin Yoga, Meditation, & Sound Healing I loved this class!! It was so relaxing and Kayla did such wonderful alignments in each of the poses to help us get a deeper stretch. I loved the music and blankets provided as well. Definitely going again soon!

Love love love Urban Vybe!! I have been coming to this studio for group classes since January 2024 as a local to the FM/Lewisville area. I am a yogi and love the infrared Vinyasa classes but have truly enjoyed the variety with Train45, hiityasa, flex and flow and the Pilates pop up classes! The yin yoga and meditation also offered in the evenings is wonderful for recovery and mindfulness. All of the instructors are incredibly kind and motivating with special shout out to - Jo, Kayla, Meme, Andrea, Caroline and Stacy, all amazing at what they do! I’ve lost over 65 lbs these last two years and got in the best shape of my life for my wedding! Thanks UV 💜

Train45 Stacy was a really awesome instructor. Her class was intense but in the best way. Stacy was encouraging and interactive, and she didn’t make me feel bad for needing a couple of breaks. I will definitely be back.

Infrared Vinyasa Yoga I was having a terrible day when your body, brain and heart its burned. Got out of the class as a whole new person. Instructor is awesome, there’s 2 poses I still can’t do, that is my goal now lol
