Excellent. Work carried out quickly and efficiently. We were kept informed of what was being done throughout the process and new 'consumer unit and digital timer' explained after work completed. They made sure we both knew how to operate both and were happy and confident with work done. Friendly and polite. Gerald, our dog, gives them his seal of approval too! We woukd definitely use UrbanVolt again and recommend to family and friends.

Their presentation was immaculate, the workmanship was to the highest standard, and everything was clearly explained before and after the job. It’s honestly very rare to find tradesmen this reliable and capable locally, but UrbanVolt have set the bar. I’ve used Urban Volt Electricians twice now, and honestly, I wish all tradesmen were like these guys. They are efficient, reliable, and truly professional throughout. Their customer service is excellent, and you truly receive the 5-star treatment. They installed all the smoke alarms throughout my Victorian house in South East London, refitted a bathroom fan, and repaired faulty plugs and sockets. Everything was done quickly, neatly, and with excellent communication. I always feel confident when they come round, and I’ll definitely continue using them for any future electrical work. Highly recommend!

We had a new kitchen installed in June 2025 and Leon and his team at UrbanVolt were responsible for all the electrics. Their first visit was to check the specification, to discuss our preferences and to explain electrical compliance issues. The second visit (once the old kitchen had been removed) was to carry out the necessary rewiring and installation of a newly-compliant fuse box. The third visit (after the new kitchen had been installed) was to install the new electric appliances and lighting. They did a great job, were always on time, always extremely cheerful, polite and helpful, and cleared up any debris created so the work area was left clean and tidy. What more could you want? I'd recommend UrbanVolt Electrical to anyone wanting a job well done.

Leon and Jay recently installed an EV charger for me with minimal disruption to my current set up leaving it neat and tidy including a new access panel into the current boxing in. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to deal with - prompt, informative, friendly and respectful. As others have said, as a woman finding a tradesman can be hit and miss but these two were a dream, I’d certainly hire again and will recommend to others.
