Urban Tree has helped us out on two projects. We bought some land that was developed by a local developer that uses forestry mulchers on skid steers to shred up juniper (cedar) trees and leave the huge mulch pieces covering the entire property. The previous owner of our property had used a tractor and a rake attachment to collect everything on the ground into huge piles. We had tried to get rid of these piles for several years now with no luck since nobody would take the mixture of cedar mulch and rocks. Urban Tree came out, surveyed the property and said the best thing to do is spread the mulch back out on the property particularly under the oak trees and the use a forestry mulcher to ground the material into finer mulch so it is less of an ankle breaker / trip hazard. They were able to come out and knock this project out and the results were excellent. The next project was raising all of the oak trees to 8 feet or greater and again mulching the branches and using it to build material around the trees to help better protect them. Urban Tree came out, was very professional, did an outstanding job, and what I really like is they are just around the corner from our subdivision and I love to support local companies. Thank you to the entire Urban Tree Company team for getting these issues solved on our property and making our property look like a well manicured state park! I highly recommend Urban Tree!!!

WeBrandon and Cash from Urban Tree recently came out and shaped and thinned all my Live Oak trees, and they did a fantastic job hauling away all the branches. Before starting, they took the time to walk the trees with us and completely understood our desire to only lightly trim to correct the direction of new growth away from the roofline and driveway.
Their communication was excellent—they called on their way to the house and again when the work was completed to let us know all was good. The trees still look native and full. I am super happy with the results and will definitely call them again soon!have had a great experience several times with Urban Tree crews on multiple projects

Urban Tree Company saved us after the big storm a few weeks back. We were waiting and waiting on Saturday to hear from insurance company and finally heard it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could remove a tree from INSIDE OUR HOUSE. We called Urban Tree Company and they came out within 30 minutes to assess the damage. They removed the tree from our roof and out of our ceiling, and broke down other fallen branches. They were so kind, quick, and it was the most wonderful experience in an incredibly stressful time. Thank you SO much to you all at Urban Tree company and your incredible crew!! Called for a trimming estimate-no answer. After submitting the form online someone calls me to schedule for Thursday at 5:00. Thursday comes and they are a no call and no show. Called back to see if there was a mix up, but nobody answers the phone. Don't waste your time calling, nobody will answer and if they do, they won't show up.
Owner-It was a woman who called me and scheduled. See record of call below. I used your arborist service in the past and am in your system. Easy to say you have no record of my call....

This company is amazing! From the online ordering process for fire wood to the technicians that deliver, (Carl Berger did an outstanding job) this was seamless. Not just the ordering, but Carl wheeled 1/8 cord of wood to our backyard and stacked neatly in our wood stacker. Outstanding Service!
