Gregory- although you were not a customer of ours, and "Janet" sent you here, we can assure you she had great customer service and if need be we will post our interactions with her to prove it; fake reviews are damaging and not appreciated. We had about a dozen packages get rerouted and she was the only person to harass us and put down USPS workers during the holidays. Not a kind person to have dealt with, but we think we handled it to the best of our ability. She is a small business owner herself (LOVEWITCHPARLOUR), and should know better than to send people to write bogus reviews. Happy holidays and we hope she enjoys her shoes (that she is trying to scam us for with a fake chargeback)
