We just installed the ISTORE 180 Litre heat pump provided by Matt from Urban Future.
Right from the very beginning of my application Matt made it super easy to understand and a pleasure right through the process with great easy to get along with tradies on the instal also.
Price was better by nearly a thousand dollars than other providers and we did not have to wait long either.
The unit is unbelievably efficient and costs near nothing to run
I am impressed beyond belief with the unit, it is a massive difference from the power guzzler electric 250 litre hot water system we changed out

Urban Future recently installed a 3-stage whole-house water filtration system for us.

They used an electrical contractor to install our system, I kept getting stuck in the middle...Urban Future blaming the electrical contractor for not turning up, the electrical contractor blaming Urban Future for not paying their invoices...when it was finally installed, they installed one section too low on the roof and it is in the shadow of the neighbours house, disapointing because I showed Urban Future a photo of the sharow and they planned for them to be higher, when I got up on the roof to inspect it, all our ridge cement was cracked and damaged, Urban Future assured me they would fix it so I paid them, now they don't answer my calls or emails, system works fine but my advice would be avoid Urban Future / Solar Oak.

Dan installed the water filtration system at our place. Neat job, clean, aligned, not leaking, and even tidied up after finishing.

Very impressed with Daniel from urban futures. Once I agreed the quote they were out within 24 hours to install my new hot water heater. Daniel the plumber was very personable and professional. Did an awesome job, cleaned up after himself and explained everything really well. Couldn’t be happier and without doubt, will definitely use urban future again. Very deserving of 5 stars!
From start to finish the team at Urban Future were great to deal with. They provided a clear, competitive quote and answered several questions promptly before we proceeded.
The lads doing the installation were friendly and efficient. Once installed they gave a good tutorial on the product too.
The iStore water heater is great with more than enough capacity for our needs.

After shopping around i settled on urban futures whole house filter setup. Dan was a pleasure to deal with and the installer was quick and professional. The water system looks fantastic and is built better and more solid than any others i have seen on the market. I highly recommend Urban Future to anyone.
