This was my first ever salt room experience and I did really enjoy it. By chance I had the whole room to my own some so that had its perks. I would definitely like to go back for another experience. Beautiful service with a smile and lovely tea.

I’ve been coming to Urban Float regularly, and I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough.
From the moment you walk through the door, you’re made to feel welcome. The centre is always spotless, peaceful and beautifully presented, making it easy to switch off from the outside world. The float rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable, and everything is explained clearly, whether it’s your first float or your fiftieth.
What really makes Urban Float stand out, though, is the staff. Every single person I’ve met has been genuinely kind, warm and caring. They take the time to get to know their customers and always make you feel valued. Nothing ever feels rushed, and you can tell they truly care about creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through their doors.
Floating has become an important part of my self-care routine. It gives me the chance to completely disconnect from the stress of work and everyday life, and I always leave feeling calmer, more relaxed and mentally refreshed. It’s something I genuinely look forward to every week.
If you’ve ever thought about trying float therapy but have been unsure, I would absolutely encourage you to give Urban Float a go. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, relax your body, or simply enjoy an hour of complete peace and quiet, I can’t think of a better place to experience it.

It’s clean and staff is friendly. Unfortunately the pod room we in that day doesn’t have music. So experienced a very quiet float

The float was great, excellent 8nfo at the start. Would give 4.5 stars if I could. Half star off for difficulty finding the Urban Float reserved parking spaces.

Fantastic float treatment . I went in the session aching and feeling like a 90 year old and came out feeling relaxed, aches had gone and I felt myself again, energised and satisfied.

Lymphatic drainage session today - leg compression - two or 3 sessions usually fixes me up when I get swelling from chronic illness!

Located in an commercial estate. This is a clean, welcoming and calming space for a true relaxation experience. I attended with my partner for a infrared light sauna and float tank - we loved it
