Bobby came to our home right on time, was extremely kind, professional and thorough with explaining everything he was going to be doing, took his time with spraying our home inside & out, explained what we can expect in the coming days/weeks after this initial treatment, what to do if we see more insects, etc, and was all around just amazing! Urban Desert Pesr Control has been amazing. It started with my initial call with them, they were informative and worked with my availability to have a guy come and spray our home. They scheduled it right away, in fact the very next morning when other places were saying a week or so out. Tommy was the one who came and sprayed. He was super nice and made sure to spray every nook and cranny he could. After the sprayed we already see a decrease in cricket activity. They also called to check in to see how it went and next steps. I cant express how amazing this company focuses on Customer service. 10 out of 10 recommend. Next we are going to have them do our weeds.

We noticed strange bugs around our window and called two different businesses to figure out what they were and how to treat them. Urban Desert was wonderful! David diagnosed our problem as termites and gave us an immediate plan. Tony came the next morning and treated the area. Everyone there was professional and punctual. Highly recommend this business.
