I had an amazing experience with Urban City Glass. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and their service was reliable and incredibly efficient. The same day they came out to give me a quote, they ordered the glass, and had it installed in less than a week. The turnaround time was impressive, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and will definitely hire them again! Highly recommend.
After years of dealing with a shower door that was installed wrong, I contacted Urban City Glass for a quote. Marc called me back within a few hours, I sent him photos of the issue that night, and he was there at 10am the next day to fix it up fast and perfectly. Price was super fair. The only issue is that I am kicking myself for waiting for so long!!
Received a call back from Marc for my service request within 24 hours and he stopped by my house 2 hours after our conversation. He had the necessary parts in his truck, he tried a few different solutions until he found the one he deemed best, and he repaired a few other issues he noticed. He was responsive, professional, efficient, and effective. I did not experience this level of service from other glass businesses I called that refused the work because they were not the original installers of the glass. (The previous homeowner remodeled the bathrooms. I had no record of whom they hired to do the work.) I highly recommend Urban City Glass and will call them again if the need arises.
We were looking for a very long piece of starphire glass for a custom conference table and spoke to many glass companies. Marc from Urban City Glass stood out to me as the best. Marc worked very hard for us, fiding the right vendor to make this large order piece of glass, communicating with me often, and even coming before hand to set up the table base. He treated this as if it was his own home, with such care and attention to detail. I am sad that I don’t have more glass projects for Marc, because he is one of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy contractors I’ve worked with. Wow! What an incredible experience with a bunch of professionals. I cannot speak more highly of Urban City Glass. They were both timely and incredibly talented. Our window broke and with just two short visits, they measured and replaced only the pane that was broken, rather than having to buy a whole new window. Without asking, they also cleaned up and sealed the window for free. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond!
Urban City was extremely accommodating, very quick and high quality service. Adril there is just absolutely phenomenal. He arrived same day for an estimate and was detail oriented, asking me all the right questions and measuring like an absolute perfectionist. I ordered the material that same day and it was installed in less than a week. I can’t recommend them enough. The customer service was even better than the product. Adril was friendly, engaging, and easy to communicate and coordinate with. Highly rated!!! I will post better pictures after I am able to clean the shower doors but it’s truly magnificent work. The shower handle pictured is not my bathroom but I used the same one and he helped me choose the right material.
These folks are listed as being experts in glass shower doors. But they are so much more! We are lucky to have them in Glover Park. They just made a protective glass for a very special cocktail table I’ve had for over 30 years. Great service, a great product, at a very reasonable price. What more could you want?
