Totally recommend having Kristy style your house/apartment for sale. She presents it in a way that makes people say 'wow' and shows off the best features. I just sold my apartment and got back every cent I paid to renovate it with the stylish furnishings showing people just how good the space can look!
What a difference Juliana made to our villa in styling it ready for a sale that ultimately reached a record villa sale for our suburb and I attribute that directly to the presentation of the villa by urban chic. It was an efficient process of Juliana visiting and visualising what furnishings would showcase the property and arranging a day that it would be done prior to the campaign beginning. I had a brilliant experience with Kristy and her team. Her prices were very competitive and her styling so different to everything else I had seen about. I really think it gave my place a point of difference from all the other units for sale at the time. Kristy has a great eye and great style, particularly the artwork. I'm firmly convinced I would not have got the price I did if not for her great styling. The team were very professional with installation and removal. Everyone was lovely. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking to style their property for sale.

We have worked with Urban Chic on 2 occasions and both times Juliana offered us her personal care and attention. Unlike some other styling businesses, Juliana took the time to understand our needs and also how we used our spaces, so that she could choose the most fitting items to best represent our home. There was one room I was not 100% happy with and Juliana went out of her way to restyle it and even went out and bought items to make sure it looked amazing. HIGHLY recommend Kristy and the Urban Chic team! My villa exchanged unconditionally after only one Saturday and one Wednesday Open plus a few private appts. I sold by Private Treaty and had two Buyers Agents duking it out right up to the wire and three other buyers bidding on it initially. Everyone commented on the gorgeous presentation so Urban Chic's help and advice was invaluable. I achieved $200K more than my neighbour in the same complex with the same kind and size of villa, sold only a week prior to mine after a long campaign with poor presentation. I am over the moon with the price! Urban Chic was also the most cost effective of the three stylists who quoted as well. The option to pay at Settlement was a real bonus for me too. Great communication and Kristy was able to bump my install forward a couple of times to assist a tight deadline. Don't go anywhere else!
