HIGHLY recommend Kristy and the Urban Chic team! My villa exchanged unconditionally after only one Saturday and one Wednesday Open plus a few private appts. I sold by Private Treaty and had two Buyers Agents duking it out right up to the wire and three other buyers bidding on it initially. Everyone commented on the gorgeous presentation so Urban Chic's help and advice was invaluable. I achieved $200K more than my neighbour in the same complex with the same kind and size of villa, sold only a week prior to mine after a long campaign with poor presentation. I am over the moon with the price! Urban Chic was also the most cost effective of the three stylists who quoted as well. The option to pay at Settlement was a real bonus for me too. Great communication and Kristy was able to bump my install forward a couple of times to assist a tight deadline. Don't go anywhere else!
