I had a great experience with this Service Provider beginning with Maddy at the intake who was quite professional and friendly, through Jax and Gio both of whom did the heavy duty. I was quite impressed with their communication, punctuality, politeness, and cleanliness. Yes, they actually cleaned up. Quite impressive. I highly recommend them.
Just finished with Matthew. BEYOND PLEASED! He managed to fit everything in there.Despite coming from another job that had already partially filled up the trailer, he got creative! Was kind and we had a pleasant conversation during the whole endeavour. He even made sure to sweep up afterwards!!!!!
Definitely recommend and they also fit us in with only a few days notice which was amazing!!!!

Up Up and Away came when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and had the best prices of anyone we interviewed. When weather delayed the job, they let us know right away and their thoughtful action prevented the back yard from turning into a sea of mud. I will definitely refer them again to my other real estate clients.
Once again Taylor and his crew at Up Up and Away Junk Hauling were wonderful to work with. They are always very quick to help and respond. The service courteous and efficient. There was a small communication error on my end and both Taylor and the driver were more than patient and flexible with us.

It's always an excellent experience from the very beginning to the very end! Amanda is the best Office Manager in the State of Georgia! Excellent service. Job was professionally done at a reasonable price. Staff was efficient and respectful of my property. Will be hiring them again for old furniture removal later this year. Absolutely the best!!!

This is the 2nd time that we have used Up, Up and Away, and both times the experience was great! Amanda was so helpful when I called to schedule the appointment. I had no idea how much “junk” to tell her that I would have. She told me not to worry about it, and they would quote me a price when they came to see if I wanted it all to be taken (which I did). When Justin and Austin arrived, they were very friendly and professional and worked very quickly. We definitely will be using your company again in the future. Thanks!

The entire team—Maddie, Brian Morgan, and Matthew Smith were amazing. I was scheduled for a quick pick up and the dispatchers arrived on time, communicated with me throughout the whole process, and were very efficient in loading and cleaning up.
