We were vacationing in Brighton for an 80th birthday party and needed a cake delivered on a holiday. Any was most accommodating and really got into the spirit of the celebration, even leaving a sweet note on the inside of the cake box. She was a dream to work with. I highly recommend her!

Such a rare gem of a place catering to different dietary requirements - i am dairy free, gluten free, egg free, wheat free and keto - tried the apple tart, blueberry Jam sandwich biscuits, brownie, macadamia cookies and chocolate chip cookies. Everything was delicious, and Anu also adapted some of the ingredients to cater to some additional allergies for which I’m grateful. Highly recommended. It is so tough not being able to eat like everyone else when you’re on a strict diet for life/ health reasons that finding somewhere like this where I can occasionally have a treat makes the world of difference. Will definitely be ordering again

I recently had THE most delicious donut I’ve ever tasted in my life! Being gluten-free and dairy-free, I usually struggle to find treats I genuinely enjoy, but now I finally know where to get my sweet fix! I tried the cinnamon donut, and it was absolute perfection. You can taste the love and care that went into making it. Soft, flavourful, and beautifully balanced. Not too sweet, not too heavy, just the right touch of sugar. It genuinely brightened my day, and I can’t wait to come back and try more of their creations. 🍩🥳🥳

10/10 and coeliac safe Soft, fresh and spongy treats! Being coeliac as well, the reassurance of everything being GF is the best. Don’t think I’ve ever eaten a healthier cake before, you can tell the most natural ingredients are used. Would definitely recommend and buy again

I ordered donuts from Anu while I was visiting from the United States for a trade show. I needed nearly 200 donuts per day for each day I was there and Anu and John delivered!! The communication went above and beyond anything I've experienced with other vendors in other parts of the world. Not only that, but Anu took the time to deliver the donuts and help me arrange and set them up. Taste-wise, we've often received the feedback that donuts are the reason people have a sugar crash at our trade shows or the reason they feel tired... but that was not the case with Up to Gnu good. The donuts she provided were the most delightful tea-cake type donuts. They were elevated in how they tasted and how they were presented. I know Anu and John worked really hard to make my vision come to life and I cannot recommend them enough for your baked goods needs.

Anu had made a keto cake for me before and luckily I had saved her number. As before, I had left myself short of time before the big day but, when I rang Anu to ask if she could make a birthday cake in time, she assured me that the deadline would be met! She followed up our conversation with an email to explain the ingredients, timings and cost. I picked the cake up from Brighton - Anu actually came out to my car - and took it home. It looked beautiful and tasted delicious, earning rave reviews from everyone who partook. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Anu to anyone looking for a low-carb cake.
