I have used the services of Upper Street Handyman many times. The office is very responsive and prompt, and the team members who visit me are also very prompt and very friendly. The quality of the work is usually very good (there was just one exception). However it would be good if USH could offer a more flexible invoicing system. Some jobs take just 5-15 minutes, but I still have to pay for a whole hour's work. This means I am reluctant to ask someone to call for a small job.

I’ve used these fellas a few times now and they’re always punctual, friendly and do a great job. So pleased I found them. It’s a job to even get other companies to turn up sometimes but these always do. They always leave the place spotless too! Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I submitted a request to sort a broken toilet and get advice on a tap. They were professional, called beforehand and arrived even a bit early! The work was done to an exceptional level. The advice given was clear. The plumber was professional and excellent. I highly recommend and would use again for any issue!

USC were wonderful. They accommodated my request for an urgent appointment to repair the ceiling of my living room (plasterboard to fill; skimming, sanding etc) and were highly professional. They took care to drape everything to keep dust off the room. Their driver delivered the two workmen and collected them (no need for any parking vouchers) and they were tidy and pleasant to have in my home. A great finished product.

I’m delighted to have found Ali and the USC team. They recently redecorated my bedroom which needed a great deal of making good before painting.
The painter was very skilful and completed the work quickly.
