Outstanding experience and results!! Our couch is white and while we keep it covered, it was still pretty dirty. Nikita exceeded my expectations, and removed stains we didn’t even think would come out. I will absolutely be a returning customer.
Our couch was in need of another cleaning and there was no other company but Charlotte Cleaners to come back again. Julia was prompt, explained the process and asked where the trouble spots were. Julia did an excellent job cleaning our couch and making it look new again! With five pets and a child, our couch had taken a beating. But Julia took so much time and care and made our couch look (and smell!) like it was brand new. She also came after work (4:30pm) and took her time, even though it was late. Thank you!!

Julia with Charlotte Steamers did a fantastic job on our sectional sofa and area rug. There were several stains that I had been unable to remove with traditional products. She paid attention to detail and really took her time. I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.
