Guys were more concerned about pee on the rug with their u/v light I guess trying to upcharge in case they found something, charged me 120$ for less than 5 minutes of rug cleaning time only gave two starts for the effort, you get what you pay for

Ricardo- UV lights are used to be sure we don’t have an issue with a rug smelling like urine after cleaning. It’s all part of a thorough inspection. Technicians where at you home for just under an hour to clean a 10x10 rug. If there are any issues with the cleaning please feel free to reach out and we are happy to come back and re-service the rug. There do appear to be some stains that are unlikely to come out but we are always happy to try again.

My carpet was very dirty. Elijah spent one and a half hours here for $635. The carpet looks half cleaned. For $635 bucks I would think he would have gone over the same spots twice. The persons I have there stated it was one pass

Thank you for your review. It looks like we were cleaning a commercial laundry business. Typically with commercial carpet we don’t make multiple passes on multiple passes as to not create a wicking / browning issue. We are more than happy to come back and re-service any areas you aren’t happy with. I have reached out through text to set something up.

Very professional, received a carpet patch, pet treatment and shampoo today. Able to get a next day appointment after calling yesterday. Beat the competitor’s price by almost half. Carpet looks brand new again.
