I have been working with Josh for a few weeks now and have already seen improvements. I met with Joe and he helped me get started with my PT and was very helpful. Would highly recommend this gym and their PTs. The environment is positive and friendly, especially for those who haven’t been in the gym for a while. Could not be happier with Unleash’d Strength and their staff!

Honestly, this is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of. I’ve trained in different countries as both a member and a fitness manager, and this place still stands out. The atmosphere is amazing—warm, motivating, and it genuinely feels like home. The equipment is top-tier, the people are super respectful, and there’s this cool 24/7 powerhouse vibe where everyone helps each other. Whether you’re an athlete, strongman, Olympic weightlifter, or just starting out, you’ll feel comfortable here. It’s different in the best way possible, and I really love it here.

Perfect no-nonsense gym for people who are interested in getting stronger. You can’t beat how many squat racks they have. Plus you can do Olympic lifts like cleans and snatches. 11/10 would recommend.

Coming here was hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made. I came to this gym with specific goals in mind. I plateau with my 3 major lifts: back squat, bench, and deadlift for 4-6 months prior to seeking out a personal trainer. Joe the owner of the gym was there to greet me when I first arrived and introduced me to Porter. Porter was very knowledgeable, and his programing was essential in helping me push past my plateau and PR on all 3 lifts. In the last 8 weeks with Porter, I’ve been able to lift heavier than I ever have before while maintaining my weight at 135lbs. Everyone I’ve met at this gym has great energy. I had a genuine sense that Joe and his crew care about me and my goals. Excellent for everyone at all fitness levels with welcoming and supportive atmosphere. I highly recommend personal training from this gym to anyone looking for personalized, effective training with a customized program that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
