Upon arrival the facility was very clean and comfortable, I interacted with Noami and Makayla, their strong points were their patience, kindness, and knowledge of the services that are provided.
Upon meeting Dr. Ramon Pinto he had a very empathetic demenor, he took time to examine me, and give me detailed explanation of my treatment options and when asked by me , my give me his opinion about the course of treatment that would help me.
I am very pleased with all aspects of my evaluation and corresponding treatment plan.
On my second visit on 6/9/26, I received injections to my neck and back Bianca explained the procedure took my vital signs and answered any questions I had before the procedure, Jackie assisted Dr pinto with the injections and the process was pain free, Bianca and Jackie made the whole process much better with their professional demeanor and kindness and a willingness to go the extra mile to make sure my visit begin and end it with very positive results.

Terrible experience… sat for almost an hour waiting and was told they were short staff, only to watch everyone that came after me get serviced first.

I came here following a 2024 car accident. They were fantastic with me and worked with my attorneys. The doctors are very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns with ease. They truly will help you figure out what the best course of action is instead of pushing you towards surgery with no need for it.

I must say that Dr. Ramon Pinto and George Fazio and all staff members here at University Orthopedic have helped me so much, to go through this pain in my neck and back due to my Cortizone injections that I receive here.
