We recently had nearly 50 windows, a kitchen door, a patio door, and an additional custom, elegant front entry door installed by Universal Windows Direct of Atlanta—and we could not be more impressed with the entire experience.
From the very beginning, Charlie, our salesman, set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional project. He was a no-nonsense, upfront, courteous representative who provided a thorough and accurate description of the products, installation process, warranty, and expectations. There was absolutely no high-pressure salesmanship. Everything Charlie told us during the sales process was 100% accurate, and that level of honesty and transparency gave us tremendous confidence in our decision.
Our project manager, Eugene, was equally impressive. He was thorough, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. He consistently communicated with us and made every effort to ensure the installation schedule was convenient for our family. His oversight gave us complete confidence that our project was in capable hands.
The three-member installation team was outstanding. They worked relentlessly for three full days in the unforgiving Georgia summer heat and humidity, and we never once saw them slack off. Their work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were exceptional. They repeatedly emphasized that their goal was our complete satisfaction, and they backed that up with their actions. Even with such a large project, they maintained an exceptionally clean and orderly worksite throughout the entire installation. The installers were thorough and cleaned up after themselves, even reinstalling my blinds. The owner, Eugeniy, came out check that all the measurements were accurate on my windows before the order was placed and then returned to check after the install, to ensure the install was done to his satisfaction. It was refreshing to see such care taken. And I’m thrilled with my new windows!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience!! The owner, Eugeniy, came to measure and give an estimate. He was incredibly thorough in taking measurements, and I got an estimate the same day. We have very strict requirements in our historic building, and I was a very nervous client to say the least! Eugeniy came over several times to answer questions in person and even showed me exact samples which we compared to the originals windows. He was incredibly patient! The price was very fair, and in one case was $100k less than a previous estimate. The install team was prompt, professional and skilled. There was no mess left behind. From the first call to install the whole process took just 3 months. My windows look amazing, and I would give 100 stars if they were available!!
