Highly recommend Universal Pest Control & Termite for crawl space maintenance. We have been serviced by them for many years and they do there best to send the same tech for consistency. David Shafer has been great for both termite inspection and dehumidifier maintenance. He explains everything so that I understand it and is very knowledgeable.

David Shafer was absolutely fabulous! He was so accommodating around my work schedule and picking my daughter up from daycare. He showed me all the spots of my home that were openings that mice could be coming in and took time to answer all of my questions and explain everything. Without a doubt I recommend universal!

I received great customer service from Stephen Santoro. He was both courteous, professional and arrived when he said he would. He performed a thorough quarterly pest inspection and sprayed inside and outside for potentional pests. He was very informative and explained that loose base boards may allow even the tiniest of insects to enter into one's home.
