Jack and Will were so so lovely when I had 2 flat tires on my partners work iload van today on New Year’s Eve of all days! Jack took my call immediately and confirmed while I was on the phone for Will to come out there and then to assist without delay, Will was such a lovely person to deal with, great customer service with him even calling me to also confirm he was on his way and would be there in 10 mins! I was so stressed out in the heat of the day whilst being stuck in a really awkward cul-de-sac blocking access to someone’s house. Will was so quick to get there, very professional, really jovial and just a genuinely friendly person to deal with, and extremely reasonably priced considering the timing and the tow truck requirements to be able to handle my heavy work van. I have had terrible experiences with tow trucks in the past with other companies and I can honestly say these guys are a cut above the rest!! I will be saving their details for any future needs, and I highly recommend them if you are stuck and need a tow!! Especially if you are a woman like me wanting a company who will help rather than rip you off as they give you the price before proceeding. Honestly United Tilt Tray Services have a 10/10 service ✅ thank you Jack and Will for helping me in my time of need!!!
Dave took the time to carefully manoeuvre my car out of a very tight apartment parking space and handled the whole job with expert precision. He was patient, professional, and incredibly skilled. I’d give him six stars if I could!
Just like to say a big thanks to your driver delivering my Hilux to my home address. He communication was excellent and to add to the awesome service, when the postie dropped of some mail, he placed my mail in the meter box due to my letterbox being broken and called me to inform me of what he did. Proposed Industry-Academia Collaboration: Knowledge Transfer on ROV Technology
This initiative involves collaborating with TMT ROV's HSE department to deliver a specialized lecture for students. The goal is to foster a stronger connection between industry and academia by facilitating knowledge exchange on Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) and subsea exploration. This direct engagement will significantly enrich the curriculum and equip students with an understanding of current technological applications and safety standards in the Western Australian maritime sector.
The company was professional in all aspects: courteous on the phone, quick to contact me, quick in getting to me in peak traffic time, and even following up with me when I'd realised I'd left something in my car. The driver who came to get my car was also lovely and helpful.
Not that I recommend getting into an accident, but if you do, call these guys!

United tilt tray tow truck service was arranged by our Insurance company RAC. This was due to me having an accident this morning.
RAC Gave me the number & the name of the driver who will come with the tow truck.
Rob came within 15 minutes
He was around the area. He came & introduced himself & mentioned my name.
First thing he asked was whether I was ok. That was very nice of him.
Then he proceeded with his job & asked me if I need to go with him. I said no & he went away.
After about half an hour or so. The tow company messaged us to say the car was with them
This is what I call SERVICE.
