was dealing with a flat roof in beverly hills that started giving me headaches small leaks here and there nothing crazy at first but you know how it goes it only gets worse. i had a few guys come check it and honestly it all felt like guess work until i called united roofing california and got lior. from the first moment the approach was different no pressure no scare tactics just straight up explanation of what’s really going on. he walked the whole roof checked every detail and showed me exactly where the problems were and what needs to be done to fix it properly not temporarily. the work itself was next level clean lines perfect sealing everything looks tight and professional you can tell this isn’t some quick patch job this is built to last. even the way the roof looks now is just way cleaner and smoother than before. the whole process felt organized no delays no surprises and the communication was on point the entire time. price was fair especially for beverly hills standards and the quality you’re getting. if you want a flat roof done right and don’t want to deal with headaches later lior is the guy no question.

It's All About The Contractor.... If you consider multiple bids for your job, you'll likely see identical or comparable materials...maybe even some of the same technicians. You may see quotes in a tight range. In the end, it's the contractor who differentiates a proposal. Lior completed our roof project today--our first experience with United and Lior. On time and on budget. With the final inspection behind us, I would welcome the chance to work with Lior again. Lior's quote wasn't the cheapest by a small margin. Examining the fine print, however, we found that the slightly cheaper proposal capped the amount of free plywood used for a flat roof repair. Lior clarified that there was no plywood limit in his proposal, one of the factors that won the day. In the end, I was more comfortable with the contractor taking the materials risk than potentially being stuck with an overage: worth a small delta in pricing. Lior is transparent and honorable. We had a minor mishap during the period of performance...no injuries, but a bit of property damage. It was reasonable to determine that it was a shared responsibility incident. We had a dispassionate discussion with Lior and quickly found a satisfactory solution without involving the courts or insurance companies. So...add 'reasonable' to Lior's character traits. Our new roof looks terrific. Lior didn't cut any corners. If you consider United for your project, you will not be disappointed!
