It’s been over a year and everything agreed upon in our contract is still not complete. There were times they did not respond for months. Many staff changes. The office manager is demanding payment for the portion of the job that is not complete. Our insurance agency instructed us not to pay at this point until the job is done. They told our neighbors and us conflicting stories blaming each other for delays. The truth is they came into our area after a hail storm, likely didn’t get as many contracts as hoped so delayed coming to complete the work. This is unprofessional we signed a contract, regardless of what others in our neighborhood agreed too. We are extremely disappointed that over a year later we are still for parts of our siding project to be finished. I would never recommend this company. Consumer service is zero.
