Wow what a great experience The tech showed up to repair my motak ice machine. He found the problem quick and repaired it even quicker. The best part is Danelle in the office informed me the bad part and the labor were under warranty That saved me 715$ I strongly recommend United Air to fix any of your COLD needs. Ty Ty Ty!

​I highly recommend United Refrigeration Heating and Air!!! I recently relocated and my former HVAC company at my previous home does not service the area ​I moved to. After looking over United's website and reading the reviews I contacted the company. Kristen was extremely helpful, answering all my questions for me. I ha​d my first bi annual maintenance visit with this company and can't not praise them highly enough. The entire team's professionalism and the way they were "present" for all my many questions made me feel heard and valued. This is a competitive world we live in and good customer service is hard to find. I had that with my HVAC company in the previous area and was happy to find this with United as well. The technicians are all knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The maintenance visit was deserving of more that 5 stars but that is all the system allows. Kristen, Mike, David and Carlos thank you for taking such good care of me and my HVAC system!! See you in July :))

Lance was great, he treated us like family and gave a good deal on a great system and the installation crew was awesome too, they were polite and prompt, did a bang up professional job and cleaned up after themselves, as a matter of fact aside from having a new HVAC system they left no trace that they were ever there. Lance the sales rep was very knowledgeable and suggested we have a service tech. Charlie the service tech came out and thougherly serviced our unit. He took pictures of our AC unit and at the end he went over any potential issues that could arise. I would highly recommend this company in the future. Very professional.
