We chose unique pointing Ltd to repoint our Edwardian property in Bramhall using lime mortar. Simon and his team were very professional our property has been brought back to life all the neighbours keep commenting how good it is. Would definitely recommend these guys to anybody needing work on there property.

Simon and his team repointed the 3.5 story side wall of our Edwardian property using traditional lime mortar. Access was tricky as they had to work around cars using the lane by the side of the property to access a carpark. The team worked quickly and cleaned up each day, even power washing cars that were affected by the unavoidable dust. Great job highly recommended.

Found these lads on Google after being told the damp problems we were having in our downstairs cavity wall was due to the lack of mortar between our bricks. The work they undertook was first class! They were prompt, completed the work quickly and were conscientious enough to clean up the site when they’d finished. I would hire them again and would strongly recommend to anyone requiring pointing work.

Very pleased with how our house looks now after it was chemical cleaned and repointed in lime mortar by Unique Pointing. I think the cleaning ended up taking more work that originally estimated but the price remained the same; and it looks fantastic as a result. Even better as it's fully dried out and then weathered a bit. Our attached neighbour's house was done at the same time, now the whole building really stands out on the street.

Great company- right from the beginning when Simon came to give us a quote for our pointing work, it was evident he was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in this field of work. The guys he uses had 20 years plus experience and they have done an amazing job. Our neighbours and passers by have all commented about how good the pointing work is. We have a Victorian 4 storey terrace house and it looks incredible. We would definitely recommend the company they have done an exceptional job.
