Job involved removing paint from bricks on a 1920s semi. Previous owner had painted the bricks but paint was in poor shape and it was trapping moisture in the bricks which was causing damage. Simon did a great job in removing the paint with his Doff machine - some of the sections needed may passes to get rid of all the paint. Turned up as agreed and made sure the job was finished well. Would recommend for this type of work.

Unique Pointing were so efficient through the entire process of getting a section of our property repointed. Simon was really responsive when we had questions. The team arrived on time every single day and worked really hard, cleaning up at the end of each stage. The work looks great, and we'll definitely be using them to do the rest of the property too.

Simon ensured our building was looked after. 19th C brickwork previously pointed with the wrong materials on one elevation is now restored with lime mortar. It looks very good. There were interruptions due to weather and workload, Simon kept in touch so we knew what was happening and kept the work going. I would recommend Unique Pointing for similar work.

We chose unique pointing Ltd to repoint our Edwardian property in Bramhall using lime mortar. Simon and his team were very professional our property has been brought back to life all the neighbours keep commenting how good it is.
Would definitely recommend these guys to anybody needing work on there property.
Simon and his team repointed the 3.5 story side wall of our Edwardian property using traditional lime mortar. Access was tricky as they had to work around cars using the lane by the side of the property to access a carpark. The team worked quickly and cleaned up each day, even power washing cars that were affected by the unavoidable dust. Great job highly recommended.
