Lintel over my window was rusted and the bricks above were sagging. Got it replaced and the bricks reset. Not a cheap fix but it needed to be done. They did good work and you can't even tell it was repaired. Looks like original.

Peter suggested we get a coating put on our roof to extend its life a few more years. Made sense because we're not ready to replace it yet. They did it in one day and it looks much better. Seems like a smart way to save money in the long run

Had my flat roof coated and the results are solid. The surface was cleaned and prepped thoroughly, seams and edges were sealed properly. The roof looks clean and I’m not worried about leaks anymore. Good work.

Just needed my house, driveway and walkway pressure washed. They did a thorough job, got all the mildew and dirt off. House looks brighter and cleaner. Quick service, reasonable price. Will probably have them do it every year or two

Had a leak over my kitchen that was driving me crazy. Called Unico and they came out within a couple days. Found the problem, fixed it, didn't try to sell me a whole new roof. Been about 2 months and no leaks even with all the rain we've had. Would definitely call them again

Sidewalk in front of my house was all cracked and uneven. Got a DOT violation notice which was the final push to get it fixed. They broke out the bad sections and poured new concrete. Looks clean and it's level now. City inspector commented it looked good when he came by to check

Peter and his crew at Unico rebuilt my old steps after the bricks became loose and unsafe. They removed all the old bricks and rebuilt the steps properly from the ground up. The new steps are solid, clean, and look far better than before. Couldn’t be more happier with how they turned out.

Very professional crew that Peter has, they did a great job and cleaned up in detail. I had them brick up openings after removing air-conditioning sleeves, work came out as close to original bricks as possible. Peter did the leg work to find matching bricks for a 50 year old house. Unico Did my brick pointing approximately ten years ago, always a good experience.

I had a leak in my foundation that two other companies tried to fix but it kept leaking every time it rained. I called Unico Construction and Peter came out right away to take a look. He explained what the real issue was, and the crew came the following week to do the repair. Since then, no more leaks. They were professional, honest, and did great work. Highly recommend!
