☹El tema del aire acondicionado hacia que fuera bastante incomodo cerrar la puerta para activarlo, mas con niños es casi imposible. Estaban trabajando afuera, por lo que la calle era polvo y nos costaba entrar y salir con niños, sabemos que eso esta ajeno a ustedes pero si nos hubiera gustado saberlo con antelación.
We spent a wonderful holiday in this holiday home. Due to the ground floor built into the slope, we were always able to relax well from our excursions in the surrounding area, even with record temperatures of up to 43C. The convenient location was ideal for exploring the Loire Valley. Many thanks also to Jerome for the good tips and the quick feedback on questions. This stay was really fun.

What an experience! The location was safe and quiet, only 2 blocks from Champs-Élysées, and less than a mile from the Seine and close by amazing restaurants, patisseries, supermarket, etc. We ended up taking Ubers everywhere but the metro was close. The apartment was clean and well appointed (bring your own shampoo and conditioner if picky) and I had a couple of questions throughout the week for the owner, who was quick to respond. It was pretty warm during this time of June and having a place with a/c was amazing. It also had a lift for anyone who might need it or even just taking bags upstairs for the bedroom up there. Highly recommend!

Notre séjour à Rochecorbon s'est très bien déroulé. Notre hôte Jérôme était très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. L'hébergement est insolite et très bien équipé. La région est très belle et permet de nombreuses visites et promenades. A noter, il n'est pas possible de stationner à l'entrée de l'hébergement, il y a un petit trajet à prévoir entre le stationnement et l'hébergement qui n'est pas long mais qui peut constituer un défi pour des personnes à mobilité réduite, des familles avec jeunes enfants ou lorsqu'on est très chargé.

Very good stay here. Perfect location, short little walk to train, perfect breakfast spot right next door, great neighbourhood restaurant, no need to go looking elsewhere to eat. Very easy, our teens loved the shopping 2 minutes away. Home was also great, projection tv nice to relax. Quiet here. Very happy with our choice at Jerome’s place, highly recommended. Don’t overthink it, this made it easy.

☹ NO COFFEE or Salt/Pepper. This was a high-end rental. I think for the cost they could at least offer a Nespresso or Kuerig. We had to find a grocery store and buy filters and coffee and salt and pepper. VERY INCONVENIENT. This is the first time that I can remember that I stayed at an Airbnb or hotel that did not have coffee or tea for the guests. During our travels in France, we stayed at this Airbnb, a hotel, and another Airbnb. The other Airbnb had a Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. Choices of teas and a tea kettle.
Wonderful apartment, plenty of space for our two families. The host is very responsive and welcoming. You can’t beat this location - walkable to many sites, restaurants and shopping but still quiet at night so you can sleep. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience/stay. The location is at the heart of Paris with immediate access to Champs-Elysees, the most beautiful avenue in Paris.
The location was incredible, 2 minute walking distance from champs Elysee . The place was super clean and well equipped.The only issue is that the heater/AC would turn off whenever we open doors ( and our bathroom was outside the bedroom) so it was very tedious to keep track of whether it was on or off seeing as we left the room a lot to use the bathroom.But still was a pleasant experience .

Dormir dans une maison semi-troglodyte est une expérience unique, nous avons adoré ! La cheminée apporte une chaleur douce, et la Loire à deux pas rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Entre 2 visites de châteaux et de caves, nous avons pu faire de belles promenades.Jérôme a été un hôte très attentif et serviable. Je recommande cette adresse sans hésiter.
Sylvain est venu avec ses amis durant quelques jours pour visiter la région. C’est vrai que "la maison Troglodyte ROCHECORBON" est bien placée pour visiter les Châteaux de la Loire.
Sinon tout s’est bien passé, aucun souci. J’accueillerai de nouveau Sylvain et ses amis avec un grand plaisir dans ma "Maison semi-troglodyte".

The apartment was great, Jerome was a fantastic host and you couldn’t beat the location for NYE. Only drawback was the heating systems which was simple yet kind of complicated. If you open the door it shuts off, which makes sense but then if you open the bathroom door in the room it also shuts off. So each time you go to take a shower or go to the bathroom the heat turns off. The apartment cools down very quickly on the cold days we were there so having to be in each room to get them to warm up was a bit much. Overall a great apartment and a fantastic location.
