What a rip off. I feel like you're trying to scam me. More than $767.5 if without Vip member does not make sense at all only for 2 front tyres. $99 cut from member price it still expensive. You charged me labour twice which I didn't know and I thought first labour already included for fixed tyres. If you tell me before I agree too change the tyres ..and with that total price, I'll 100% change my mind. Have to pay $175 for diagnosis which I already knew what is the problem from the start. I asked if you can fix the problem. Not to check anything else. You separates the labour and didn't let me know about it even I agreed to changed the tyres. You even said there is no oil in my engine which I just changed couple weeks ago and there is no leaks and I just checked 2 days ago on the dipstick it still enough. You told me to do double check and I have to pay more. Of course I said no. I'm not stupid. With this experience I won't comeback to you. Make sure you explain everythings correctly especially the total price even if you will charge twice for labour. I paid that much and even spended another money to back home twice because you don't want me to wait you said 4 hours but it's more than 4 hours only changed 2 tyres. Shouldn't be that long. Even I came earlier 8AM. You avoid to tell me total price on the phone, then I still have to wait longer there. Wasted my time so much. And also overcharged me. Very disappointed.
My coolant is also leaking more after leaving your shop. THANKS !

I went to this auto shop after I bought a discount voucher from two canvassers in my area for $250 up-front. The voucher enabled me to get free labour on a variety of car services (with parts costing extra), and they just punched a hole in the voucher as I used each service. I got a major car service and their service was amazing. They asked me to bring the car in at 8am and said they aimed to have all the services done by 11:30am, which they did. At that time, they let me know if anything needed fixing with the car and I picked it up at 12pm. It was very efficient, and they were very friendly and easy to use.

Really unimpressed by their recent sales pitch that had 2 males walking around the neighbourhood, offering a deal that appeared to be value for money but demanded immediate payment that day. Lots of sales tactics, attempts to switch mechanics and pressure was put on. If you are really trying to save us locals money, why expect payment on the day in a time of cost-of-living crisis? Alarm bells for sure!

With them being under new management I thought I would give them a go and it paid off the car threw a check engine light that I could not get rid of they gave the car a full service plus fixed problem kept me informed when I drove the car home it ran better than it had for years highly recommended them.
