I had a great experience with Under One Roof! They repaired/replaced damaged siding, doors, painted the entire exterior (contrasting details were nice and crisp), and stained the deck. The crew members were polite and skilled workers. Hayden Brown made certain everything was to my liking. They are well worth the reasonable price. I'd use them again.

UOR went above and beyond! ( I needed a good bit of painting and eave repair under my roof that over hangs my windows and needed my windows painted as well) They were very responsive to all the questions I had(and I had a lot) They came out, did the work quickly and professionally! They cleaned up where they had worked and it looked like they were never there(which is important to me) I even had one tiny job(I needed my front step that attached to my front door caulked) I forgot to ask about at the time of quoting and I called, they came right back out, did that and it looks awesome! They even talked to me about some issues that they noticed but didn’t push the work to be done which I appreciated. They just explained what it was, how they could fix it , the time frame, and told me what I could do in the meantime. When it comes time for that work I know who I will be calling for the work! I can’t recommend UOR enough! They are skilled in all areas, very knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced(I compared several bids before I settled on working with them) If you are needing work done, please don’t hesitate to reach out to them, and I appreciated that they are wanting to keep the workers working in this economy (which we all know is a hard thing to do and a lot of companies have laid off a lot of employees so the work takes twice as long as it should) So I say definitely give them a call and let them come do the work you need!

Hayden and Under One Roof is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company! Hayden is a man of his word! It’s such a nice thing to find a contractor that is this good and doesn’t ask you for money upfront and then the customer worries are they going to show back up! My job only lasted a day but I never worried from the minute I met Hayden! Instead of Hayden telling me on 7-5-24 that he was taking a long holiday weekend, which I would’ve understood, he asked if he could come in the next hour and after explaining to me he was at the gym and was in gym clothes I said I didn’t mind so come on and he did! I would trust Hayden and his team with any project around the house and like his company name Under one Roof, they do just about everything! Thank again to Hayden and all of his workers from the office to his guys and girls that work on the houses! All of you people that read this review please give Hayden a call and if you are shy and hate to call he doesn’t mind texting! 😂 💯

I highly recommend Under One Roof for all your roof repairs and replacement. Hayden I can not thank you enough for getting your roofing team at the spare of the moment and repairing my leak on my roof. Then getting your painters to come out and repair my sheetrock which was damaged from the leak. Hayden you went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Under One Roof is 5 star service across the board. This will be my only company I deal with for all my roofing needs.

First class job!! Didn’t know contractors like this existed. Hayden and his crew redid my chimney which was being destroyed by Woodpeckers. The crew was efficient, cleaned up each day like they had never been there and were respectful of all surroundings. Hayden also fixed a few issues I was unaware of. As a finishing touch, he pruned up a large tree overhanging my front yard. This completely opened up the front of my house! Thank you Hayden for a job well done.

Hands down a wonderful experience. Very professional and fast. Replaced our whole home siding and removed chimney last year in Alabaster and we couldn’t be happier. Job site spotless when they finished. Recently a storm and wind made some of the siding pull away and within days of contacting them they came and replaced and fixed it honoring their guarantee. Highly recommend Hayden and his crew.

Hayden and the crews did a wonderful job adding insulation to my attic. They took up the flooring, swept out debris from the previous owner, and installed new insulation. While they were doing this, some cracks appeared in my ceiling and wall, which they promptly repaired. It looks great, and you can't tell it ever happened! They also installed a turbine on my roof and closed up some ridge vents. All of the workers were very respectful and meticulous in their work, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

Thankfully, we discovered Hayden Brown and his company Under One Roof. Alex Herrara and crew completed several projects for us this week that were done exactly as we specified with competence and efficiency. The whole bunch at Under One Roof have been easy to work with and focused on our satisfaction. We will definitely have them back for additional work!

Hayden and his team at Under One Roof recently completed some painting, dry wall repair and masonry work for us and we could not have been more pleased. The masonry work included replacing a section of cracked exterior wall and the installation of a new front porch step. We will definitely use them again for future home improvement projects and highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors in the Bessemer McCalla area.

Hayden and his roofing team (Alex, Sergio, and Rodrigo) did an excellent job for my roof/ chimney situation. The workers are professional, very skilled and very hardworking. The entire process was very transparent with Hayden providing pics of before and throughout the project. Very honest and trustworthy company. Warranty was also provided. Good communication with Hayden. Will definitely hire again and recommend without any hesitation.
