Roof started leaking, discovered damage from a previous storm. Called around looking for someone to repair the damage.
After several calls and no one available for weeks, I Came upon Under 1 Roof, called and the owner Hayden was in the area, stopped by took a look and had one of his men come and patch the area (we had rain in the forecast).
Called the insurance company they recommended replacing the whole roof. I called Hayden, he gave me an estimate that matched the insurance company's.
Good & timely communications during the entire replacement, great crew, efficient, excellent work and it looks good.
Would recommend them if you have a leak or need a new Roof.

Top-notch service! We did a basement renovation and added a kitchenette. We had the most wonderful project manager/licensed contractor through Under One Roof: Shayan Movahed. He helped us to see a better way to do the whole project right at the beginning. He brought in high quality teams to do the work. And he coordinated with outside teams we brought in (for waterproofing/foundation repair and specialized flooring). At every turn communication was excellent and quality was the priority. We felt well cared for and heard throughout the process. I felt sure that it was just as important to him that things were done well and the project was a success. We are very grateful for Shayan’s attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism!!
Last week Hayden came out to my house to put together a quote. In the middle of that my neighbor comes up and tells me my cat was stuck in a tree in his backyard. Hayden immediately offers to help, wraps up the job, and brings his ladder down to the neighbors where we rescue one angry feline. And he was just there to quote me.

We were having issues with our deck, it didn’t have the correct supports installed by the builder. It was at least 3” off level. The under on roof team installed additional supports and leveled the deck and stairs. They look better than new! The work was done quickly and with high quality.

Great experience with Hayden and his team in replacing our roof. Got 3 quotes which were all similar but Under One Roof offered a better quality shingle (per my research). Highly recommend Hayden for all your “under one roof” needs. They do more than just roofs. Also sealed some bricks on the front of the house. Great job Hayden!

Under One Roof recently installed two attic power vents and revitalised chimney cover. Hayden was a pleasure to work with in all aspects. Very timely in coming to the house and providing a very fair cost and provided a timely schedule. His crew showed up on time , were very professional and did a great job.
