The electrician he referred was great and Todd ensured that one of his guys were there to remove a panel so the fan could be installed without damage to the deck. The install team was very professional, knowledgeable, fast and clean!! When they started they paid close attention to my wife’s plants and flowers and moved them. When they were done not one piece of material was left on the ground.

Wow! What a excellent installation the Undercover three man team did today . These guys take pride in their work and it shows. I watched the whole process and was most impressed with their precision in every aspect of the job. The ceiling looks great. We absolutely love it. After several heavy rains, not a drop of water! Wonderful!
I researched several under deck ceiling before choosing Undercover. Undercover uses much better materials (metal panels vs plastic). Importantly the joists are not in contact with the panels. My previous ceiling system encased the lower part of each deck joist with a plastic sleeve. This arrangement trapped water and lead to deteriorating wood. I was lucky that my joists did not have to be replaced. But they were extremely wet and took a month to dry out with 4 fans running almost continuously before we could install the new ceiling. The Undercover system provides much more open air space for the joists to dry after a rain. We are now considering doing more Undercover ceiling above my BBQ grill station.
Todd and his crew were amazing! From the minute came to walk our space I felt confident in the job that would get done. He brought samples of the product and even when I changed my mind last minute on the color he worked with my request. The install was so FAST I was shocked! Would recommend this company to anyone interested in outdoor functional space!
I renovated my home 10 years ago. Without too much research, I had a contractor install an under ceiling system (Not UnderCover Systems). I thought I was saving a few bucks. Big mistake! I started having problems right away. Drip, drip, drip. After 3 years of pain, I bit the bullet and had Todd Stevens of UnderCover Systems come out and give me a quote to remove the old system and install a new one. It’s been 7 years now. That was the best decision I have made. The system is beautiful and works as good as it looks. I highly recommend UnderCover Systems.

Todd and his guys did a perfect job removing our leaky messed up underdecking and replacing it with beautiful well-functioning underdecking. They kept me informed as they progressed. They even perfectly cleaned up after themselves. They also contact me when they’re working near me and stop by to check in things! Highly recommended!!

UnderCover did an awesome job with our Underdeck system. They are the premier, top of the line system to use. I interviewed 4 different companies and researched and learned a lot about the various companies and the pros/cons of each. There are companies that try and mimic The same system but it is light gauge aluminum with minimal warranty. Todd was great to work with and I learned that their system truly is the best value and the longest warranty that is available. Also, the maintenance of being able to clean and access areas was very attractive as well. I paid a slight premium to use UnderCover but the value far exceed the additional cost.
I would encourage you to hire a good electrician on the front to make sure wiring for lighting and fans, etc is done correctly prior to install of the UnderCover. So make sure to include electrical money in your budgeting. Some of the Underdeck companies will provide electrical wiring in their number but be sure to ask if they are certified electricians. My experience showed they were not and could lead to many issues down the road that they do not warrant and you have then wasted a lot of money.

Highly recommend UnderCover Systems South! They were the finishing touch to our extensive new deck. Highly professional crew. We had a piece come down after a really bad storm and they responded within days to fix it!!!!!!!
