Second visit here, each time Theo has answered my questions and explained each treatment with great knowledge. I went for a day package which enabled me to try the Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. Felt great afterwards!

I honestly cannot recommend Ultra Wellness Centre highly enough.
Just two weeks after my surgery, I started using their oxygen chamber pod to support my recovery—and the results have been nothing short of incredible. My healing has accelerated dramatically. The scarring looks significantly healthier, the redness has almost completely disappeared, and even my consultant was genuinely blown away by the progress.

I had the cryotherapy treatment for my ATFL injury and after just a few sessions the pain is almost completely gone. All the staff are incredibly welcoming and chatty, i honestly couldn’t recommend this place more 5*

Such a unique offering. I’d highly recommend Theo and the team, they’re always so friendly and helpful. I’ve particularly enjoyed the red light therapy package, which has been a great addition to my routine. Would definitely recommend!

Great set up in an easy to access location. Really good options to aid recovery. I have been using the compression therapy and have found it fantastic, a real reset for the legs and eases the doms. Such lovely people too, really friendly environment. Would and have already highly recommend!

The team there is amazing and professional, they provide you with everything that you need for the best experience to make you feel comfortable and at ease ready for whatever treatment you choose to do. I personally recommend the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and the red light therapy package together as it’s a mix between recovery and relaxation, I had chronic lower back discomfort before starting this package and after 4 sessions once a week I’m a lot better and feel stronger both physically and mentally so I’d definitely recommend Ultra Wellness to anyone starting from if you had a operation or to get better with daily tasks if you have something bothering you and great for people who train many times per week to recover and prevent injuries!

The local cryotherapy service was outstanding! I turned a three-week chest injury recovery into just one week, thanks to their effective treatment. It was amazing to get back to my final bits of training just in time for my fight. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing fast and efficient recovery!

I’ve been using the HBOT at Ultra Wellness for around 8 months as part of my recovery for a badly broken leg. The facility is spotless. Abbie always offers a friendly welcome and Theo is very knowledgable about all the products and services they offer. Most importantly the treatment has enhanced my recovery significantly.

Professional, friendly and a great team.
I initially emailed Ultra Wellness and had a fast thorough response.
I then walked into their space whilst in Chelmsford to chat face to face and I’m glad I did. I used the HBOT for the 1st time and left with an agreed treatment plan in place.
The place is very clean, functional and the HBOT is very comfortable.
I’ll be a regular here from now on!

Following a recent operation, I have been having red light therapy and using the hyperbaric oxygen chamber to help aid my recovery. Having the combination has definitely helped to accelerate the process and I have been signed off a week early. My scars are healing beautifully, my swelling is minimal now and I am feeling really well.
Tom and Theo have been really welcoming and explained the different therapies available that would benefit me most. The equipment is kept spotlessy clean. The chamber is not claustrophobic at all and I find it gives me time to completely relax.
I would definitely recommend Ultra Wellness for any recovery- or just a bit of self care!

I regularly use their Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (HBOT), Cryotherapy chamber and the Red Light & NIR therapy bed - and have noticed incredible results!
Ultra Wellness are at the forefront of cutting edge technology in biohacking - with brand new equipment. And to top it off, they’re lovely people super helpful and knowledgeable.
The HBot is leather lined luxury it’s like being in a private jet! And the Red light bed is like a holiday, I always leave feeling so alive and healthy!

Great facility with top of the range equipment. The team are very knowledgeable and helpful, and the effects I’ve felt from the Oxygen and Cryo chambers are truly brilliant. I felt immediate benefits with energy, recovery form hard workouts and general wellness. Have been going weekly for the oxygen therapy and feel so much better for it.
