I’ve been using the red light therapy and LED Cryomask at Ultra Wellness and have seen a huge improvement in the eczema on my face and body. The results have been amazing.
Theo and the team are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, always making me feel comfortable and well looked after. I couldn’t recommend Ultra Wellness enough!
I have been going to The Ultra Wellness Clinic since last October and I was made very welcome from day 1, customer service from both Theo and Tom was incredible.
I was recommended, the treatment by husband as he heard about it from the Chelmsford Studio 35 gym and I even got 10% discount when I first signed up.
I had never had Local Cryotherapy treatment before so I didn't know what to expect however this was explained to me when I arrived. After the first treatment the pain eased in my foot however I did need to rest it.
After about 6 x 3mins sessions I did feel the pain had reduced and wasn't hobbling around.
I would certainly visit the Team again if I have any further injuries and would recommend them to friends and family.

I came across ultra wellness, through pure desperation, as an endometriosis sufferer, i am always looking for ways to reduce my pain and inflammation. Id looked at RLT Mats & body wraps but none were immediately accessible or legitimate. After a quick Google search, I found ultra wellness and booked a session, for the same day.
My pain score was 8/10 for roughly 4 hrs before entering ultra wellness and in the past nothing has worked so my expectations of change on that day were low.
Tom was very understanding, quick to get me on the bed and even did a little bit of research around my condition whilst I was having my session ☺️
within 10 mins (of a 20 min session) I felt a dramatic decrease in pain, and felt completely relaxed and weightless and after a full session i felt like a different person, physically and mentally. My score had reduced to 3/10. Giving me my day back. My skin looked radiant and my puffy eyes had reduced. After 15 years of suffering this has been groundbreaking.
Ive since had another 20 min session, whilst pain free and havent experienced pain as bad since the first session. For this reason, ive signed up to 12x 20min sessions to see what can be achieved.
The facility is easy to get to, has parking out the front, is very clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The 3 staff members i have met so far are very polite, accommodating & professional.

Had a great experience with Ultra Wellness. I tried the cryotherapy chamber and the red light & NIR therapy, and both were awesome. Theo explained everything clearly, made me feel really comfortable, and was super friendly and professional the whole time. The place was clean and welcoming, and I genuinely felt well taken care of. Definitely recommend!

I had a number of sessions and genuinely felt the difference. It definitely helped with recovery from all the running and gym training I do. I also somehow always managed to fall asleep during the red light therapy, which was a nice bonus!
Tom and Theo were both super helpful throughout every session and always made the experience easy and comfortable. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking to improve recovery and overall wellbeing.

£60 for 4min treatment -157°C, sounded like overpriced witchcraft and hell when I first heard about it from my partner who was fed up with me moaning about my chronic back pain for a week. I went along because I couldn't bear the pain any longer and painkillers were not even taking the edge off. Excellent, friendly and informative staff greeted me and answered all my questions. I braved the artic storm in the cyro pod, 4 mins was plenty. I woke up the next morning pain free and all tightness/guarding was gone. It's not witchcraft it's science! Would definitely go back if needed and have been recommending to friends who have niggles and pains.

Fantastic setup and a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable team who are able to provide sensible advice on dealing with various health issues. They have state of the art kit providing amazing treatments including Cryotherapy, Local Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Red Light & NIR Therapy and Compression Therapy - which have many health benefits including reducing pain and inflammation as well as improving healing and regeneration. Highly recommended.

Great wellness experience.
I did the red light therapy yesterday and my whole body felt re-energised and fresh again. My husband did the hyperbaric oxygen chamber for the first time. Thank you Theo for your expert advice and help yesterday.

Second visit here, each time Theo has answered my questions and explained each treatment with great knowledge. I went for a day package which enabled me to try the Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. Felt great afterwards!

I honestly cannot recommend Ultra Wellness Centre highly enough.
Just two weeks after my surgery, I started using their oxygen chamber pod to support my recovery—and the results have been nothing short of incredible. My healing has accelerated dramatically. I had the cryotherapy treatment for my ATFL injury and after just a few sessions the pain is almost completely gone. All the staff are incredibly welcoming and chatty, i honestly couldn’t recommend this place more 5*

Great set up in an easy to access location. Really good options to aid recovery. I have been using the compression therapy and have found it fantastic, a real reset for the legs and eases the doms. Such lovely people too, really friendly environment. Would and have already highly recommend!

The team there is amazing and professional, they provide you with everything that you need for the best experience to make you feel comfortable and at ease ready for whatever treatment you choose to do. I personally recommend the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and the red light therapy package together as it’s a mix between recovery and relaxation, I had chronic lower back discomfort before starting this package and after 4 sessions once a week I’m a lot better and feel stronger both physically and mentally so I’d definitely recommend Ultra Wellness to anyone starting from if you had a operation or to get better with daily tasks if you have something bothering you and great for people who train many times per week to recover and prevent injuries!
