I called and they set an appointment for the next day to service a broken box truck door. The woman on the phone confirmed with the technician that they repair these typ of problems so I set an appointment for the following day at 10am. Around 9 am the technician calls me and tells me he can't work on it but that they have another tech that will give me a call in a couple minutes. No one called me. I called back at around 3pm and spoke with a woman that said they would call me back. It is now 7pm and no one has called me. Never recommend this company. They make false promises and don't show up to appointments. Now I have an open and exposed box truck. DO NOT CONTACT THEM. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Over the last week I have been dealing with this company on Facebook Messenger. I accidentally clicked on an ad and now they won't leave me alone. "we’d love to connect and assist you! If you have any questions, simply reply with your number, and we’ll reach out to help. Looking forward to speaking with you!" This is what I keep getting even though I have told them I am physically unable to use their service. And now it has escalated to a bad review. LEAVE ME ALONE. If you utilize a bot for messenger I suggest you change the parameters so that people like me don't have to suffer. P.S. I don't even live within 200 miles of Houston.
