I went in for a mole removal on my face and Dr Pouya Mafi and Natalia were amazing, they made the experience less stressful. It wasn’t painful at all a lot better than I expected, it was also very quick. I was rebooked for a stitch removal and was given a bag with aftercare instructions and some aftercare bits. Couldn’t recommend the place more! It can be pricy however they do offer many payment options to help so would 100% recommend.

UKSKIN is amazing. I had the best experience. I am so glad I decided on this clinic to carry out my procedure. I was so apprehensive about having the procedure done yet as soon as I walked through the door into the clinic I felt so relaxed and at ease. The whole enquiry and booking system was easy I was given all the information prior to my consultation and procedure day. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and they just make you feel so relaxed. The clinic itself is clean and gives off a warm, welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. The staff took great care of me before, during and after my procedure. Since my procedure (Day 3 post surgery) I have received emails daily checking in to make sure I got home safe after my procedure and if I am still doing ok now. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would definately go back to UKSKIN for any further procedures. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I’d like to start this review by giving a big thank you to Dr Pouya and the nurse Paris (The Double P team). They both were amazing throughout the entire process and were so reassuring. I was extremely nervous but they made me feel so relaxed and calm. The procedure itself was completely painless minus the pinch of the anaesthetic which was something I was very very scared about. If there’s anyone reading this who is also scared to go through with the mole removal process don’t be afraid, honestly you are in very good hands and will not regret it. I am one week post procedure and I’m happy with my results. Looking forward to the healing process.

I recently underwent gynecomastia surgery, and overall, it has been a very positive and life-changing experience. From the initial consultation, I felt well-informed and supported. DR APOSTOLOS took the time to explain the procedure in detail, including the expected results, potential risks, and recovery process. This helped calm my nerves and help me through the process and made me feel confident in moving forward. The day of the surgery itself went smoothly. The medical team was professional, reassuring, and attentive, which helped ease any nerves I had beforehand. The procedure was completed without complications, and I was able to return home the same day. Recovery required some patience, especially during the first couple of weeks when there was swelling and mild discomfort. The aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow, and follow-up appointments ensured everything was healing properly. Gradually, the swelling subsided, and I began to see the results. As soon as I get off the operating table and I could see straight away how flat and natural my chest looked I am 3 months post surgery and my chest looks much flatter and more natural, and I feel significantly more confident in my appearance. Clothes fit better, and I no longer feel self-conscious in day to day situations. Overall, I would highly recommend gynecomastia surgery with UKSKIN to anyone struggling with this condition, It’s not just a physical change—it can make a huge difference in confidence and quality of life. I cannot recommend UK Skin Clinic Birmingham highly enough for anyone considering upper arm surgery (brachioplasty). My treatment also included VASER liposuction to remove fat cells. Hello, I waited two weeks before writing this review to see how everything progressed after the procedure. I had a lipoma measuring approximately 3 cm, which was removed in a very clean and well-organised manner by Dr Pouya Mafi. The doctor was truly excellent — he reassured me, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions with patience and care. I was especially impressed by the precision of the stitching and how neatly the skin was shaped afterwards. I would also like to thank the nurse who assisted him; she was very kind and helpful. A week later, Nurse Maqdoleuo removed my stitches — she was very gentle, caused no pain, and provided excellent aftercare advice.
