★★★★★ **Five-star service when something went wrong** I don ★★★★★ **Five-star service when something went wrong** I don't normally write a review before I have even used the product, but the service I received from UK Prepaid SIM Card deserves one. I managed to make two purchases of the same eSIM within about a minute after believing the first payment had failed. I contacted the company expecting the usual lengthy exchange of emails and perhaps several days before getting anywhere. Quite the opposite happened. They responded almost immediately, explained what had happened, located both orders and sent through both eSIM activation codes. When I then decided, because of their excellent service, to keep the second eSIM for myself rather than have it refunded, that was dealt with just as easily. I originally bought the eSIM for my 75-year-old wife, who is travelling from Australia to the UK on her own and gets understandably anxious about technology and having a working phone when she arrives. Knowing that everything can be installed and ready before she leaves is a considerable reassurance. Fast, friendly, human service from people who actually read the email and deal with the problem. Rather refreshing in an age when getting past a chatbot can sometimes be the greatest achievement of the day. Based on the customer service alone, an easy **five stars** from me. I'll happily update the review once we've used the eSIMs in the UK. Richard Morton

Seamless and practical travel solution I really appreciated being able to keep my own SIM card active while using the eSIM upon arrival in the UK. The activation process was smooth and hassle-free, making it an excellent choice for travelers. It was cost-effective and saved me the trouble of swapping SIM cards. The only downside was not being able to extend the eSIM for just an extra week, as our trip lasted five weeks. Still, I’d highly recommend this to anyone traveling overseas for its convenience and simplicity.

Your feedback about extending the eSIM's duration is valuable, but unfortunately because the eSIM is direct from the UK telco (not a random eSIM brand), the plans are all 1-month duration. That means you can extend, but only for a full 1 month at a time.

I was really happy with my prepaid Sim Card. Was so easy to download and use as I am not tech savvy. I was able to keep in contact with my Family and Friends in Australia while I was travelling around the UK. I was there for just under a month and will definitely use this service again next time I travel to the UK.

Worked perfectly for our 5 week tour of Ireland & the UK. We activated both sims once we’d arrived in Ireland and were able to top-up once whilst travelling once we entered the UK. What was great was having not only plenty of data, but being able to make calls as and when needed. Definitely recommend this product for ease of implementation and a great price.

Asked to write a review, despite 9 months having passed since purchase. I previously had a great experience with physical SIMs from them, but my first eSIM experience was a nightmare. On an unlocked late model iPhone the eSIM never worked. Couldn’t get past the first step of installation and activation. No one could tell me why, this was 2-days prior to departure, and it was a pre-trip nightmare I didn’t need. Never again with eSim. I have them 2-stars as I eventually got a refund, but it was a nightmare.
