Really great club with friendly members and excellent staff who go out of their way to make the whole thing run well. You'll always have access to matches at your playing standard and can arrive knowing nothing about Padel or having anyone to play with - Phil and the coaches will get you up to speed and playing regularly in no time.

Great facilities at UK Padel Holmer Green, and it’s only getting better with the new clubhouse and courts on the way. Even though it’s an outdoor club, the retractable roofs mean you can play comfortably all year round, a real game changer.
What really makes this place special though is the culture. It’s welcoming, inclusive, and full of energy. Everyone’s made to feel part of the club, no matter their age or ability. You’ll almost certainly meet Phil Cornhill, Director and the driving force behind the club’s fantastic atmosphere (I would say the secret sauce).
The coaches are always on hand with great tips and encouragement without making it feel like school. I joined as a complete beginner and now play at UK Padel venues at least three times a week. There’s always a brilliant mix of players and abilities which keeps things fun and competitive in the right way.

I joined this club before they had finished building it and it has gone from strength to strength since then. All the members are really friendly and helpful. We all want every game to be played and always try to fill open games which means you can be playing with 3 complete strangers and still get a great game. The facilities have evolved with the club with a new clubhouse being finished soon and work on 2 new courts starting this week as well, which will make the club bigger and better still.
Started as a complete beginner and the club has been super welcoming. Phil is fantastic and has created a brilliant environment for learning and improving your game. The grading and open matches format means you can play with similar standard players and you have the opportunity to meet lots of new people. The coaching and social sessions are excellent too.

Only recently started Padel and so pleased I joined Holmer Green. Everyone has been very welcoming and the club is super friendly. Great app makes booking and joining games easy. The ranking system really works and helps people to meet like minded players. A great club with good access to coaching, mix-ins and americanos. Well done to Phil and his team of coaches
Loving Padel, and Holmer Green Padel in particular, although it would not be anywhere near as good as it is without Phil's influence and involvement. His management and frequent presence has made this a friendly, supportive and fun place to come where you can learn and progress without the normal snobbiness that comes with most tennis establishments.

Having the roof over both courts is essential and much appreciated, especially with winter approaching.

Excellent little Padel club. HG was one of the earlier Padel clubs to evolve in the area and has a maturing scene with opportunities for beginners and more experienced players alike. The crowd are tight knit but friendly and welcoming aided by a few notable individuals (esp Phil) who have really worked to cultivate an enthusiastic club culture. 2 existing courts have retractible roofs and a third court is imminent plus, I believe, a singles court together with a new club house.
I couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome from Phil and the team. This is a really well run club with fantastic courts and top notch facilities. They host a monthly Super League that strikes the perfect balance between competition and fun. The app makes it incredibly easy to arrange games and overall, the club has been a fantastic addition to the local community, well done UK Padel.
My two boys enjoyed the junior sessions. My husband watched from the sides and soon bought all the gear and has become obsessed. I’m encouraged along to make up the 4 😅 Luckily I enjoy it too though! It’s a great facility for Newquay. David is great and there’s a good vibe about the place. Long may it thrive!
Been playing here since they opened, amazing club with an even better manager David who is very approachable and welcoming. There is plenty going on with open matches, superleague and americanos. Perfect for beginners or more experienced players! Community vibe and definitely recommended.
