We had a weird noise coming from our toilet that we didn’t want to leave incase it was serious. Andy was out to us within the hour and replaced the valve for us. He was very friendly and was in out in a few minutes. He fixed the problem at a reasonable price for a last minute call out on the weekend. Thanks again Andy!

A water stain appeared overnight on our kitchen ceiling. Liam arrived swiftly on the same day after we called, identified we most likely didn’t have a leak and the stain was caused by residual water from a recent repair another plumber had carried out. Very happy as he didn’t try to get us to complete unnecessary works and was very professional.

Extremely Impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. From the initial phone contact to the text and email confirmation and job booking at 0700. I was promised a plumber late morning/early afternoon and Liam arrived bang on midday. He analysed the leak and talked me through options and quoted a reasonable price. Liam then worked diligently and cleanly and 1.5 hours later had replaced all the working parts of the toilet and a complimentary boiler safety inspection. Payment was efficient. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for a boiler service in a years time.

He carried out the work in my home to a very high standard, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring I was completely happy before leaving. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and it was reassuring to see how much care and attention was given to both safety and detail. The work area was left clean and tidy, and everything was completed exactly as promised. It’s not always easy to find reliable tradespeople, but this experience exceeded my expectations.
