Update - a couple of days after filing a claim for the missing bag, the seller did agree to send it. It was received quite quickly. I purchased a Snail ukulele with gig bag at a competitive price from uke universe. The ukulele duly arrived but not the bag. I contacted the seller who replied after 4 days. They said that they had made a mistake on their website and they did not mean to include the bag! They said I could buy one from them as a new order! I pointed out that once they had made the sale they were obliged to fulfill the order as agreed. They haven't replied and I have opened a claim against them. I'm astounded that they expect me to simply accept that they won't be fulfilling the original order. Very dodgy practice, beware.

I was fortunate a while ago to visit Uke universe and was pleasantly surprised by the amount and variety of first class instruments. I am a guitar/uke teacher based in Wirral and I found Sam to be both knowledgeable and helpful. He introduced me to two excellent ukes and I was so impressed, I had to have both! I have since referred many of my students to Sam’s shop for their instrument upgrades. The friendly atmosphere in the shop made the whole experience enjoyable and I can’t wait to go back and check his new stock out - Thanks again, Sam !!!

A very pleasant experience dealing with Divyesh at Uke Universe. My first choice of uke was unavailable and after a chat I decided to take another look at various alternatives that might suit. I decided on two to chose from and placed my order. I was assured that the ukes would be set up and there would be no problem with delivery and two days later the ukes arrived set up and ready to go. I was so pleased I bought them both and I would be more than happy to deal with Divyesh again for any of my Ukulele needs. Thank you for keeping a smile on my face.
