From the moment I spoke to Philip he couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. We wanted a Granny Annexe for my mother who had suffered a stroke and left her with impairments which meant she needed more support whilst maintaining some independence. My mind was put to rest that we might be able to fit a static caravan onto the front garden area of our property. Paul from Mobile Homes Essex carried out a site survey to confirm this. We went to view the show caravans at the UK Caravan Centre and we knew that one would be ideal. We chose a large twin one from Willerby Homes and my mum is delighted with it. As you can see from the photos our builder still needs to finish off some cladding and hand rails but it looks just like a smart log cabin.
Whenever I needed help or had a question Philip was always so obliging and nothing was too much trouble. In fact all staff were excellent including Anna and Catherine. When the caravan was delivered Paul and Phil from Mobile Homes Essex were incredible. How they got it into the space that was there up a steep narrow drive was a sight to see and be wowed buy. They then spent the next 2 days setting everything up and when we walked in, it was so smart and modern. A few snags but Hannah in the after sales team has also been absolutely fantastic in dealing with all of that and nothing is too much trouble either.
A perfect new home for my mum where sage feels safe and warm.

The team kept us up to date with everything and the new caravan arrived bang on time. The siting of it was amazing to watch, with such precision and professionalism, particularly down our narrow and restrictive country lane.
All in all an excellent experience, smooth and worry free.

Looking for a new static caravan and found this company on Google. Phillip replied quickly to my enquiry and answered all my questions, nothing was any trouble. Had to reschedule delivery due to different vehicle needed, but it was soon sorted and delivered a week later. Excellent company to deal with, and would consider using them again. Phil at the caravan centre went above and beyond when my mother bought a mobile home from the caravan centre UK. Numerous calls were handled with patience and questions answered.
The van itself was better than we expected (having not seen it in person before it arrived !) The crew that they use for siting were amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We were looking to purchase a mobile home and found UK Caravan Centre. We would highly recommend Philip and his team. We arrived to a friendly welcome there was a vast selection of homes to choose from all open and we could freely look around all of them with printed information on all homes with no sales pressure. After owning a brand new caravan bought from the U.K. caravan centre for 3 years, I wouldn’t recommend buying their Delta Saffron model.
The quality is very poor. It is freezing cold even with the added extra cladding for insulation. It is not suitable for use during cold periods. After every winter there have been burst pipes. The boiler is very cheap and has broken down after minimal use.
It costs a fortune in gas to heat it and supply hot water.
The screws in the doors have gone rusty as well as the sink plug holes. The trim inside has come away from the walls as they are only stapled on to the walls.
The windows get very wet and in the summer it is far too hot stay in it.
Do not waste your money buying these caravans.

Highly recommended. I purchased a Delta Stratford model from them, and what could have been a stressful experience turned into a positively pleasurable one. The team were attentive and pleasant to deal with. A few minor queries that arose along the way were dealt with immediately, thoroughly, and to our complete satisfaction. The approach was friendly and helpful without being pushy. And not least, the product, now set up on its new site, is proving to be a great new home.

We purchased a new Willerby static caravan in 2024 and the UK Caravan centre were really helpful throughout the process. We visited to view their range and they left us to it to walk around at our leisure. Once we had decided they arranged delivery and siting and both took place without any issues. I would happily recommend the company and use again. They made the whole process really easy. 5 stars.

The UKCaravanCentre have delivered our new home just in time for Christmas. What a great present. Accompanied by a delivery of amazing brownies from a great team. Philip was amazing from start to finish, beginning with a video tour of the Caravans whilst we were stuck in traffic to a Beautiful Carnaby Langham delivered. Thanks also to SJP and Paul from Essex Mobile Homes getting it through narrow local roads straight to the door. 2024 is going to be amazing. Thank you and we cannot recommend them enough.

Can't recommend the UK Caravan Centre enough. We wanted to change from a single unit static to a double unit. We visited their showground and spoke to Philip who was really helpful, providing lots of info and given us lots of time to look at the show units. We ended up going for a Delta Countryside Lodge and couldn't be more pleased with it. Philip kept us well informed at all times and helped with all our queries. After sales really good as well making sure we were happy with everything.
Wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
