This review is edited after the completion of the trip. We were pressured really hard to write my initial review on the channel crossing - this was pushy to the point of being uncomfortable.
The positives: Booking the trip was fairly easy, their agents were communicative and responsive. The price was also very competitive compared to others. After an overnight flight from North Carolina to Paris, it was great to not have to worry about the last leg of the journey onwards to the UK. Saeed met us at CDG and walked us through the process, especially with the channel crossing. He checked our pet documents (2 cats) and took so much stress off our plates. We had to switch vehicle and drive on arrival in the UK. The vehicles were just big enough for us and our luggage.
Some room for improvement: there were no amenities in the taxi - e.g. water for us and the pets, charging for our phones. When we switched vehicles we felt very rushed, we weren't able to check on the cats in between getting bundled into the 2nd vehicle. We should not have been pressured into writing a review before the journey was complete - it's just uncomfortable and not a fair way to do that. Reviews should be AFTER the completion of the trip.
