Usman is the best! He picked us up in Paris and took us to Surrey. He got us through the pet reception and passport control at Calais with no issue as well as having a large van to accommodate our 8 bags and cat!!! Definitely helped take the stress out of travel.

We have done the trip from France to the UK on our own and we have done it with UK and Europe Pet Taxi. Doing it with them was so much easier and smoother (for what can be a challenging experience). Saeed was a wonderful driver, he guided us theough the whole experience and was great with our two dogs.

While sailing along the French coast, we wanted to visit England. Unfortunately, with three dogs on board this is impossible. Thanks to Uk and Europe pet taxi, we were able to transport our pets to England safely, very professionally and comfortably. We are very pleased with the nice service. What an amazing service! From the start to the end, we had a great experience with the team to arrange our trip from Paris to London. This was our first trip with our dog and we were quite nervous about the documents and the overall trip admin. Thanks to the staff at the pet transport, we had a smooth and pleasant journey. Saeed my driver absolutely, positively rocked. He was the singular reason my pets were able to get into the UK. He reviewed my paperwork at CDG and determined it was unacceptable at the border and quickly pivoted with a backup plan the cats and I through that day. I genuinely wouldn’t have made it to England without him.

Very good efficient service . Was only going to come to collect me from the shuttle, Calais but Green flag let me down so no driven all the way to my B sister’s near Bath. Nell and I had a smooth ride home thanks to driver Adnan. Thank you and will certainly recommend this company.

Booked on recommendation of my vet in Cambodia for my Paris - London journey with two cats. Picked me up at my hotel by CDG and took me through the journey. Really great experience I would recommend to anyone doing a similar journey. Very good communication.

Excelente serviço, muito pontual e alto conhecimento do processo. Estava um pouco nervosa pois a imigração é bastante criteriosa, mas o Sam (motorista responsável) revisou tudo e fez todo o processo, me guiando em todas as etapas. Para fazer o agendamento também foi bastante rápido e fácil, através do Whatsapp. Se eu precisar fazer essa jornada novamente, com certeza vou utilizar a UK and Europe Pet Taxi.

Mr Saeed from this company arranged my pet to travel from Paris to London (2nd leg of my pet's travel itinerary). I was super impressed as to how quickly after the flight landed in Paris, my pet Fluffy was delivered to us safe and sound. I was kept very well informed about the timing when the pet would arrive at my door. Highly recommend these guys based on my experience. PS: I hired another company for my pet to travel from Saudi to London and they had an agreement with this company for the 2nd leg of the pet's travel itinerary.
